Despite the fact that Daiwa produces the rods, we can assure you that the blank is totally innovative and created from scratch by Team GURU.

The 10ft and 11ft waggler rods are specially designed for match fishing with waggler pellets thanks to a slightly stiffer action than the 12ft waggler, which makes them ideal for this very delicate type of fishing.

3m 10ft

After the popular 11 ft, certain conditions and courses require a shorter 10 ft rod in the Aventus range. It has all the qualities of the longer rods in the range but this lightweight, neat 10ft version is perfect for short-range sight-fishing on narrow runs or when overhanging trees are difficult to fish!


3.9m 13ft

After bringing out the 11 and 12 ft, anglers were clamouring for a traditional 13 ft English rod, and here it is! This versatile length allows you to do it all, from waggler fishing in rivers and ponds to slider fishing and even Pellet Waggler fishing for carp. This size allows you to cast a long way and with the Zero90 carbon and the best materials on the market, the accuracy of this ‘weapon’ is incredible.

Its action makes it extremely versatile, with a supple tip that allows you to fish for small fish with small lines and small hooks, but its progressive action in the centre of the rod gives it power even for the biggest fish in rivers or ponds.
Lightweight ‘single-leg’ guides are used throughout the rod, and the harmonious reel seat makes the rod balanced, comfortable and responsive. Of course, the EVA handle and hook attachment complete the package!

4.5m 15ft

This rod has been designed for all styles of float fishing where a longer rod is required to ensure good line control. The design of this rod is unique, modern and suitable for all species of fish, from roach and chub in rivers to large chub and barbel. Its versatility is due to its action. The first section of the rod is very responsive, which is necessary when you need to reel in the line quickly when fishing with a float, especially when fishing long casts in rivers. This gives you fast, direct contact with the fish. The rod tip is very supple, which is important when fishing for small fish, so it can be used with fine lines and small hooks without unhooking the fish. You'll feel its balance when you're fighting the fish, especially when you land a big one. The middle section is progressive to absorb rushes when necessary. This action is due to the inverted joints on this rod, which, unlike spigots, ensure balance, rigidity and progressive action.

In terms of technical features, this rod is a compendium of the latest technologies and features. It features zero90 carbon technology for a fluid action that gives you incredible casting accuracy thanks to its rigidity: no risk of the rod vibrating when compressed. The rod guides are super-lightweight Fuji Alconite single-leg guides so they don't affect the action of the rod or its performance. An additional finishing touch is the attention paid to the reel seat, an extra-light Fuji with a perfect fit. Comfortable and ideal when holding the rod for long hours, a unique sensation for the angler who is at one with his rod.

This 15 ft rod is perfect for stick fishing or long casting, its length guaranteeing perfect line control. The spacing and number of rings on the rod allow for fluid casts without tangles and without the line sticking to the rod, even in wet conditions. You may notice that the rings change colour along the length of the rod, this is simply because we wanted the best rings on the market for the tip of the rod which are only available in this colour. We didn't want an aesthetic factor to compromise the overall quality of the rod. An A Grade cork handle, trimmed with a bespoke EVA Guru handle and an adjustable hook holder give the perfect finishing touch to what will be an ideal companion for the wildest of line strikes.
