Carptek reels are equipped with the innovative ACS line clip patented by MAP which unclips on its own when in contact with large fish.
This is perhaps one of the greatest advancements in line clip technology the fishing market has seen and the ACS offers major advantages over any other line clip on the market.
Like any good quality line clip, the MAP ACS allows you to fish on the clip without risking damage to your line, regardless of the type of nylon or braid you use.

However, the new lin clip really excels when it comes to hitting big fish.
As soon as the fish starts to leave, the linen clip automatically disengages.
This means you don't face the panic of having to unhook your line while you're also trying to fight a big carp - resulting in fewer lost fish and more catches.
While the ACS clip line is incredibly impressive and offers some great benefits, it's not the only feature of the reel that sets it above the competition.
The MAP Carptek ACS is fitted with eight ball bearings, which means it runs incredibly smooth when retrieving.
