Description
The Crystal Caster is the latest addition to Drennan’s unique range of Crystal float rigs and is manufactured to the same exacting standards as the award-winning Crystal Dibber, In-Line Crystal Dibber and Margin Crystal.
Primarily designed for fishing in shallow water with casters, maggots or pellets, the Crystal Caster is also the ideal choice for fishing close to or far from the bank or on commercial islands. Thanks to the transparent Crystal® body, the float is much less visible to wary fish, which is a huge advantage over traditionally painted floats, particularly when fishing in shallow water. They are also as light and buoyant as balsa or foam, but are much stronger and not prone to line damage.
The hollow floating antennae are internally reinforced beneath the side eye, and the flexible nickel-titanium keel provides additional stability and helps the float settle quickly, ensuring the angler is ready for bites as soon as the float is lowered into the water.
A Full Circle Carp eye protects the line and cannot be torn from the body like a traditional side eye.
Four sizes ranging from 0.2g to 0.5g allow the float to be fished with a variety of baits, and the highly visible red or yellow antennae stand out equally well against dark cover or open water.
The Crystal Caster is set to become another classic and an essential float in every angler’s tackle box!
