Halibut pellets are ideal for larger specimens such as chub and barbel.
Made with high quality fishmeal and rich in fish oils, these pellets are very dense and hold their shape when immersed while releasing their attractants over a long period of time.
These black halibut pellets can be used in a feeder or you can place 4mm pellets in a maggot feeder and thus obtain a slow dispersion of the pellets in the current while diffusing their attractants in the current and towards your bait.
They can get wet and thus be squeezed in a feeder. To do this, simply place the desired quantity of pellets in a box or bucket and cover them with water to the surface then stir them regularly. After 30 minutes you will get pellets with the perfect consistency to squeeze on a feeder.
Their speed of feeder dispersion can be easily controlled by tightening them more or less. Generally it is preferable to make a carpet of pellets at the start of fishing and therefore to squeeze the pellets a little at the start of fishing and then over time to squeeze your pellets more tightly in order to obtain a slow dispersion.
