A-CLASS GURU Method Feeder Rod

The A-Class Feeder rod range has been developed to offer anglers a selection of reliable, affordable and extremely versatile rods for all aspects of modern feeder fishing. From short-distance fishing in carp fisheries to long-distance casting in natural environments, the range covers various feeder fishing techniques, including method feeder fishing and extreme-distance fishing, whilst maintaining a progressive action during the fight with the fish and the extraordinary performance that defines the A-Class range.

Constructed from 24/30T carbon blanks, the A-Class Feeder rods offer an excellent balance between strength, responsiveness and low weight. The blanks provide a crisp and efficient feel on the cast, whilst retaining the progressive, shock-absorbing action needed to fight fish with confidence. Across the range, the rods are fitted with Anti-Tangle stainless steel frame guides to improve line flow and reduce tangles, as well as thin aluminium oxide ceramic guides for smooth casting performance, reduced friction and increased durability.

A TVS reel seat with a bottom-lock mechanism ensures the reel is held securely and stably in place, whilst the EVA front handle enhances comfort and control during casting, retrieving and fighting fish. This is combined with an AA-grade cork Armlock handle, designed to sit naturally against the forearm to improve support when casting, particularly on the longer and more powerful models. An exclusive Guru EVA rear handle completes the design, providing durability, comfort and reliable grip in all conditions.

Each rod comes with two interchangeable A-Class LT tips, offering anglers the flexibility to adapt to different feeder weights. The 12’ Distance Method and Power Distance models come with A-Class DT tips, better suited to the extra power and demands of long-distance feeder fishing, ensuring that each rod is perfectly matched to its intended use.

The A-Class 10’ Method Feeder is an excellent choice for short- and medium-distance feeder fishing, offering an ideal balance between casting accuracy and performance during the fight. Its compact length makes it particularly effective for casting towards islands, tight lines and difficult short-distance spots, often encountered in carp and coarse fishing.

The A-Class 11’ Method Feeder is the versatile rod in the range, designed to handle a wide variety of lead and feeder fishing situations. It offers the extra casting power for longer distances, whilst retaining the responsive action and ease of handling that make it a highly versatile rod, suitable for both managed lakes and natural waters.
