Designed and developed to exacting specifications in the UK using the highest quality Japanese carbon (Toray), the Affinium range meets the demands of anglers seeking performance, durability and refined power across a range of rods.

The range is designed using two distinct blank actions to create a comprehensive range.

The main Affinium range, consisting of 10, 11 and 12 foot feeder rods, as well as an 11 foot float rod, is designed to offer strength, power and control, with medium to high BTC ratings, making it ideal for casting heavier weights and fighting bigger fish.

Affinium ‘S’ 10ft Feeder Rod 30g

Finesse with control is the DNA of this 10ft ‘S’ model in the Affinium Sensation range.

A 2 piece rod designed for feeder fishing at short to mid range when mixed fishing is the quarry. Perfectly at home for silvers and bream fishing but with the power in reserve to handle F1s and carp. A nice softer action is what gives this rod its 170g BTC rating making the rod suitable when fishing with more refined lighter end tackle. Small methods and window feeders will cast a dream with this well balanced blank which has our ‘Balanced ‘ spigot for seamless power transition.

Supplied with 3 solid carbon tips in 0.75oz, 1.0oz & 1.5oz giving options across this rods spectrum of capability.

Affinium ‘S’ 11ft Feeder Rod 45g

This 11ft model in the ‘S’ Sensation range of the Affinium rods is a real wolf in sheep’s clothing with its slim lightweight 2 piece blank construction. The elegance of this rod indicates its suitability for fishing with finesse but the design of the blank means that it retains plenty of guts in the butt section when you want to take that refined fishing to greater distances or when using larger feeders . With a 180g BTC rating this rods will subdue hooked fish with its excellent fish playing action in the top third of its blank but will back you up with its strength when needed . A wonderfully balanced rod that will cover still water fishing and slow moving waters from short to mid range distances up to 50mtrs. Supplied with 3 solid carbon tips from 0.75oz for finer work and then a 1oz & 1.5oz for when you want to use the upper reaches of its capability.

Affinium ‘S’ 12ft Feeder Rod 60g

When medium range fishing from 40 to 70 mtrs is the objective, but you still need a rod that will give you the sensation you crave when playing fish, then this 3 piece 12ft feeder rod will provide every inch of that pleasure.

A rod that stems from a powerful butt section that can handle the extra demands that open water anglers can face with wind and the elements , progressively tapering through the blank and balanced spigots, the power tapers down toward the tip to create its 330g BTC rating, which will play bream and skimmers perfectly but will hold the fight of carp and hard fighting river fish. Power with elegance are the words that come to mind when fishing with this rod.

Supplied with 3 solid carbon tips in 2.5mm diameter ranging from 1oz for shy biting skimmers and roach, a 1.5oz tip ideal for stillwaters and slow rivers and a 2oz tip that comes in to play on distance and waters with high tow or flow.

Affinium 10-foot 3m 45g fishing rod

The 3m Affinium fishing rod is the ideal tool when control and power are needed at short range. Its 3m length offers concentrated power in a compact format, but thanks to its two-piece blank with progressive action, connected by a balanced joint that allows power to be transmitted to the butt section, its 260g BTC can be used to fight fish struggling at your feet while retaining the power needed to lift the fish's head and get it into the landing net.

Equally comfortable for traditional feeder fishing for small fish with lighter tackle thanks to its medium to fast action, this rod will absorb anything that can be thrown at it when you switch to feeder fishing for carp over 10 kg.

Whether you're fishing ‘under your feet’ or casting up to 40 metres to the opposite bank, this rod will find its place in the arsenal of most feeder anglers.

Power 45g

Affinium 11-foot 3.3m 60g feeder rod

Versatility was a key objective when we started designing the 3.3m Affinium feeder rod. Built on a two-piece blank connected by a balanced joint, it allows the power to be transferred from the upper section, which is designed to fight the most combative fish and features a powerful yet slender 2.5 mm solid carbon tip that conceals hidden power.

As mentioned, this rod has been designed to handle smaller fish in its upper section, but its progressive action allows the power of its 280g BTC class to really come into its own when fighting fish over 5kg.

This power retained in the lower section lends itself to distance if conditions require it, meaning that this rod can easily cast method/window feeders window" and traditional-style feeders to distances of 65 metres, while still having the necessary absorption capacity for fishing at shorter distances, up to 25/30 metres, when using heavier tackle for larger fish or in windy conditions.

Supplied with 3 tips - 1 oz/1.5 oz/2 oz, which means that by using the different tips provided, the rod can be versatile enough to make it a true all-rounder.

Power 60g

Affinium 12-foot 3.6m 100g feeder rod

Power and control are the hallmarks of this 3.6m 3-piece feeder rod.

This three-piece rod has been designed with a few simple fundamentals in mind: power, distance and fish fighting action.

It has a BTC power rating of 540g. Thanks to its fast-action blank, its 55cm long, 3.5mm diameter solid carbon tips provide sensitive bite indication, but they quickly draw their power from their solid base, through the upper section where the butt joint progresses rapidly towards the middle and lower sections, where fighting and casting power is generated.

The reserve power that this rod contains in the lower parts of its blank allows it to absorb the demands of long-distance fishing.

Our team of anglers fished comfortably with this rod up to 90 metres with 60-gram feeders, and it is also perfectly suited to the demands of river fishing with heavy feeders up to 100 grams.

Whether you are fishing for carp or barbel over 10 kg or fishing for bream at a distance, this rod will meet your needs. But above all, it will allow you to get your bait and tackle to the desired location.
