Description
The iconic SHIMANO SUPER GT reel benefits from the latest generation of features in this brand new version. Equipped with the ‘Fightin' Drag’ drag system, an AR-C spool and the ‘Aero Wrap II’ oscillation system, you will also appreciate its lightweight yet sturdy XT-7 frame.
The coils are wound parallel and very close together, ensuring smooth and more efficient casting every time. Its elegant appearance also conceals great power, which comes from its precision mechanism: a die-cast gear and a powerful 4.8:1 ratio. While the three protected stainless steel bearings and needle bearing ensure smooth operation, the simple machined aluminium handle delivers great retrieval power. Available in size 4000, the SUPER GT rear drag reel is ideal for feeder fishing, but is also very suitable for predator fishing with lures. Comes with a spare XT-7 spool and two capacity reducers.
