Description

Tapered and sensitive float
The Speed is a model designed to catch large numbers of fish, a stable model that sets and stabilizes very quickly, allowing you to see a bite as soon as the bait settles, perfect for use with a positive rig voluminous style. The quick-adjust nature of this float comes from the fact that it is a down-body design, with the body tapered into a teardrop shape with the rounder lower body for added stability and the upper body of the body tapering gently down to the hair.

This shape also means the float is perfect for getting down into the water when using baits like bloodworm or bread punch and it hits incredibly clean from the water. The fiberglass tips are very sensitive, but unlike many silverfish type floats, we have introduced a slightly thicker tip so that they are clearly visible, especially on the smaller sizes likely to be used in difficult light conditions on small canals and drains.

Wire and carbon rod variations in all sizes mean anglers have super stable wire float options for tough conditions, and carbon versions for faster fishing to reduce tangles.

Available sizes (metal shaft and carbon shaft): 0.2g, 0.4g, 0.6g, 0.8g, 1g

The Guru Natural Post Float Range Explained:

This particular line of floats has been in development for a long time, we're pretty sure you've seen various samples used by our consultants and in films for quite a while now! However, we have constantly refined and added to the range during the design and production phase so that we can produce a comprehensive collection of floats suitable for a diverse range of work on natural sites across rivers, canals and still waters. . Finally, they have arrived!

The range includes eight different models covering many shapes and sizes, all with specific uses in different situations. You will no doubt have noticed that the floats have been thoroughly tried and tested by our team of international anglers, with the likes of Matt Godfrey, James Dent, Steve Ringer, Frankie Gianoncelli and Andy Bennett all contributing to their production. Much attention and many modifications have been made to the lengths and diameters of the shafts and bristles, so that each size is unique and perfect for the situation at hand.

The key feature that sets this range of floats apart from anything we or others have ever produced before is the Elastilex paint finish, which gives the floats ultimate strength, durability and longevity. This finish means the float's high-quality balsa bodies are protected by an ultra-thin, incredibly durable elastic coating that wraps around the body, preventing any damage to the body from wear, impact or line cuts, reducing the risks of the floats taking on water. The paint finish is dark in color, which our leading anglers said was important since these floats were used on light, natural sites, with the dark body blending into the water allowing for ultimate focus on the high visibility bristles.

Features :
• Quick-set float
• Downward body design
• Thicker and visible tip
• Carbon and wire versions
