Our new Pro Pellet Feed carpodrome / pond groundbait is made with specially selected granules and a few sweet ingredients that give the mixture a binding and sticky quality. So let the product absorb enough water.

** Ideal preparation for straight cane: As the mixture has a binding / sticky property, we recommend adding 1 part of water (i.e. +/- 0.5 - 0.6 liters of water) for 3 parts groundbait (i.e. +/- 1 kg). If the weather is drier or warm enough, you can always add a little more water.

Part of the reason why we recommend finishing the wetting in three stages is that it has enough time to absorb the water. Let it sit for 5 minutes every time you get it wet, after which you can sift it.

Don't worry if you think the primer is a bit too dry at first because by sifting it you can mix the last wet parts well with the drier parts.

If you add too much water at one time to a too binding / sticky mixture, you will have more work to work it because it will form a paste.

What is the ideal dough for us? is the dough that sticks enough to sink to the bottom and quickly crumbles when it hits the bottom. This prevents the fish from swallowing the ball all at once and running away.

When do you know if your groundbait is ready? when you can make a ball out of it and when you crumble it again, no particles are sticking to your hands, then that's good.

For bream fishing we prefer to work with larger balls, baiting well at the start and recalling after each catch. This way we try to attract the school of bream and keep them around our shot.

For carp fishing, we prefer to work with small balls, do not overbait at the beginning and call back after each catch.

Do you want to use this mixture for the Method? You can but it is better to wet it a little more during its preparation.

The Pro Pellet bait has a slightly sweet smell of fishmeal, is not too coarse, and a little cloudy.

This product can be used alone, but can also be mixed with: Big Fish 1kg, Expanda big fish 1kg, Expanda fishmeal 1kg or Yellow pond 1kg.

Extra tip: to catch bigger fish you can use our Shell Fish or Meat liquid booster. You can simply add our liquid booster to the water you want to use to finish your bait / pellets. If you want to use a liquid booster for a fuller catch, you have to use the Chocolate, Scopex or Syrup liquid booster.

Just add 1 capful of liquid booster per handful of primer / pellets (+/- 50 gr of product) to your preparation water (our liquid boosters are powerful enough but if you find that the smell is not strong enough, you can always add a little more).
